Haven't even started and disappointed! Trying to get scheduled since Monday morning! They NEVER called me back I had to keep calling! Receptionist said email not working, mailboxes full, doesn't answer phones was short on phone! Now tells me it will be another 5 days before they can come out!
So 8 days total bad business!

So their "technician" Bailey comes out and fixes the gear assembly, but tells me that there are nothing wrong with the grids. I find this funny, because that would mean that my pool guy was lying to me. I'm not suspicious of my own pool guy, so I ask him to check the filtration system (DE). He takes photos and shows me the issues, 7 of the 8 grids have major rips and need to be replaced, AND the plastic inlet on the bottom are cracked. Not only is there no way that Aaron Pools could have missed this, my pool guy said it did not look like "Bailey" even opened it up to check. I called up Aaron Pools, hoping to speak to a manager or owner about Bailey, to let him know that their employee was literally committing fraud. The "secretary" I spoke to stated that the Owner was the Manager, and he only worked in the field. I asked her if I could send her some photos so that he could be made aware that one of his employees was falsely turning down claims, and she stated that she had no way to get them the photos.

Three days later who do they send out again, good ol' Bailey (you would think, since their website shows 9 people listed and they are a "family owned and operated business," that not only would they send out a different technician, but would offer me an apology, but you know what assuming does). Bailey comes out, says he has to order parts, and will be a week before all the parts come in. I ask him if he is going to fix the parts he does have so that the pool pump can run, and he states that there is no way he's putting it together and then taking it apart again. Sigh, great customer service.

Anyways, the next week Bailey says that he tried getting the grids in, but they don't seem to fit, so he's going to have to come back with a different technician (well it's about time). Apparently they fixed it the next day, because I never heard from them again. Left their trash as well and never gave an apology. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

BEWARE.Terrible service, terrible commmunication. Don't waste your time with this company. We have a pea green pool a month after hiring this group (for $230 extra) to change it from "GREEN TO CLEAN" , as their ads clearly state. High turnover, various inexperienced guys showed up, looked at our pool, turned around and left-I peaked out the window and witnessed this. I hired them for weekly service at the same time. After of 4 weeks of 'service' and a green pool, "Stephanie" the office gal told me that it was "my responsibilty as a pool owner to keep the pool clean"... Whaaat? Why else would I hire THEM? Do yourself a favor and choose another of the 100's of pool companies around this valley that will actually service your pool correctly.

Stay away from these people they are sleeping with American Home Shield warranty company. They came out to my residence to check on the pool heater that was leaking and told me that AHS will not cover repairs as it was not caused by normal wear and tear. My heater is older than 25yrs old......go figure. The lady who answered my phone call at Aarons was also very rude to me when I tried to talk to them about the problem. I cancelled payment on the $75 check I wrote them.

This company has no respect for other peoples personal property. I had a issue with there service people and there response to my email was lol. Ya, laugh out loud!! Can you believe it. I will make sure I tell everybody who uses them to stop using then and find another company.

Extremely poor customer servic...

Extremely poor customer service. Aaron was sent by home warranty co to repair our spa. They showed up unexpectedly without scheduling. Woman answering phone in office was apathetic and then defensive and extremely rude (she hung up on us!). Technician was condescending and curt, and was not interested in helping or answering questions. When we lodged a complaint with our home warranty company, Aaron said they refused to return because things were thrown at the technician and profanities were screamed at the secretary (all absolute lies). Unless you enjoy incompetence, lies and aggravation, avoid this place at all costs!

Aaron Pools came out to do repairs on my pool in Dec. of 2011. I had requested that they call before coming so that I could have someone else there, they didn't call till he had already looked at the pool, said that I had numerous of items wrong with my pool, 1) water fall motor bad, 2) pop-up cleaning system leaking. I check my pool daily and had not noticed either problem. When I got home later that day, water fall worked fine, no leaks in pop-up system. At this point I would have never used them again; however they have a contract with American Home Shield. Additional problems in Apr 2012, AHS sent Aaron Pools. This time they said my leaf catcher needed to be bypassed, so the tech. bypassed it. I was instructed to clean filter cartridges w/acid/water mixture. Now in June my filter sprung a leak due to high pressure. Aaron pools says it's not their fault, AHS won't pay for repairs. Shasta pools came out said leaf catcher shouldn't have been bypassed that's why filter is leaking.

We are more than satisfied with the work that Weston performed on our pool pump. He was prompt (even called to find out if it was ok to come early, because he was ahead of schedule), courteous, and obviously knowledgeable. Our pool pump is now running quieter than it ever has! We had previously tried another pool company who claimed everything was fine. Ding dongs. Thanks Aaron Pools, and Weston for quality work and professionalism.
