Mathew and Karrie (his wife and assistant) were punctual, professional and friendly. He did a great job tuning my recently purchased 60 year-old piano, which was quite out of tune. The price was reasonable and Mathew explained beforehand everything that would be included in the price. It was a flat fee, with no additional charges. I highly recommend Aapex Piano Service.

I was very pleased with their professionalism and the quality of the piano tuning service they provided. I am planning on having them back in 6 months to retune my piano.
