We recently had a few repairs needed on our gutters. AAA Window and Gutter was extremely professional from the initial evaluation to completing the job. They did a great job in addressing my repairs. The team of technicians were friendly and courteous. Additionally, they were cautious when working in and around my plants and shrubs. I would highly recommend AAA Window and Gutter.

Was totally disappointed in the way that AAA handled our job ...when a date was set to start..workers didn't start the job because it was "too windy" for safety reasons to get on ladders..., understandable ...found this out only because I called back to find out what happened and rescheduled ..when that date came ...no one showed at all .and when I called them ..was told they would call back in 15 mins ..I;m still waiting for that call ...3 months later ...after leaving several voicemail messages and emails ..no one EVER called or wrote back to explain or discuss why they were not doing our job ...nice customer service ..would never call them again for any job

Fran has been cleaning my gutters since I purchased the house 6 years ago. I live half of the time in Georgia so scheduling is not always easy but he has always been flexible. He has done an excellent job in a very professional manner, and I can rely on him to take care of the job when I am not in MA. He also does a nice job on windows.

Fran did an excellent job installing gutters on my home. I have a 4400 sq ft, new construction home with a number of challenging angles on the roof line. Fran provided an attractive estimate relative to others and installed the gutters on time. We are very happy with the look and performance. He has also returned to clean the gutters regularly and I like having him stay involved as I am confident he would stand behind his work.

I contacted Fran about installing gutter guards on my house as well as replacing some old gutters and downspouts on the front and sides. From the beginning, Fran was upfront, knowledgeable and professional. He knows his business inside and out. We knew that there would be some damage with the wood underneath. He showed us the damage and told us up front what the cost would be. We also had an issue with some of the trim under the gutters coming loose. His team examined the problem and devised and implemented a solution so it looks as if the front of my house by the gutters looks brand new. We have had several severe thunderstorms since he installed the guards and they have worked like a charm. We no longer have rain overflowing the gutters and dropping beneath the eaves. His team was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend Fran and AAA Window and Gutter enough. They do a fantastic job.

We were extremely satisfied with the job that AAA did for us. It was a day where the temperature was in the high 90s and the installers were very professional and went above and beyond to complete the job.

I first called AAA Window & Gutter because I finally needed to replace the gutters which Fran originally put in 17 years ago – they had lasted that long without any problems! And since he had done such a fine job the first time, I had no qualms about calling him back for the second. It took me a little while to reach him initially, but Fran’s crew arrived on the scene about a week after we first made contact. We had gutters replaced on an entire side of our house, and his crew arrived on time, finished the job in the time estimated. AND they were extremely quiet – I hardly knew they were up there. They also cleaned up after themselves, and were very pleasant when I spoke to them upon their arrival.







I also had another issue that he helped me address; one which I had spoken to a lot of people about, but no one seemed to want to help me, until Fran, which involved squirrels gnawing on our garage door trim. For years they would gnaw it, we would replace the board, stain it . . . and then the squirrels would come back and gnaw it again. I’m not sure why no one else was interested in helping us solve this problem, but although outside his normal services, Fran immediately said he would do it. His crew replaced the wooden trim with an identical board made of metal (i.e. squirrel-proof), the problem is solved, and Fran has one very satisfied, ecstatic customer.







I am very happy with the services that AAA Window & Gutter provided us and I would not hesitate to call him back should I have any gutter-related, or squirrel-related problems again.

Replaced gutters with maintenance free leaf guard gutter system. So far working great and gutters look really nice.



Difficult to get in touch with the owner at times and it took a while to get the work done. The owner offered free window cleaning b/c of the delay, which was much appreciated.

The first time I called AAA Window and Gutter, I was surprised to get the owner on the first ring, and I received prompt responses the other two times I called, as well. When I explained I had rain running down behind my gutters Fran came over as soon as he could, diagnosed the problem and carefully explained the complicated reason it had developed, then patiently took quite a bit of time figuring out a number of options to fix it best within my meager budget. He seemed genuinely concerned about my situation and wanted to help in any way he could. The job was done two days later and I was very pleased with the service and the product I received that day, at a very reasonable cost. I am looking forward to having AAA replace the rest of my gutters (my wish, not Fran's suggestion ) and window sills that became water damaged, when I can better afford to do so this summer. Again - great, personal service!

In 2002 we had the Leaf-X sytem installed on our house and it has worked flawlessly in heavy rains since, and we have not had to clean them. At the time of the install we were skeptical of the "Maintenance Free" warranty that was offered to us associated with the cost, but we had to have some type of helmet installed! We were cleaning them several times a year from the heavy Pines and Oaks that are on our property.

We called AAA with an issue that we thought birds were building nests this year in the gutters! I have to say they were out here within 3 days, made the adjusted that were needed, and left us with a Do not charge bill !! to say the least we were "Very" but pleasantly suprised....that 8+ yrs. later that Company stands true to their word!

"Fran not only cleaned my gutters he ended up doing a lot more work on my house. The gutters needed some repairs so fran repitched a few as well as replaced some worn or broken sections. He thoroughly reviewed all the work with me prior to doing it to make sure I wanted the work done. In addition I had some rotted areas on the house where water got under the siding. Fran did a very professional job repairing the damage and repainting the sections so that it was as good as new. Fran is a true professional at what he does and it was a pleasure to work with him. I would not hesitate to have him do more work and would highly recommend his services"

About 5 years ago I contacted three gutter companies to get a quote on replacing the gutter on the front of my home. I was fortunate enough to have Fran Maple return my call and show up at my home the same day. I had only compared prices on line prior to that and the price he quoted me for the Leafproof seemed more than fair. The next day he was installing the gutter. After five years it still looks like new and I have had NO problems with it. When I needed to replace the back gutter I never considered calling anyone but Fran. Except for the new gutter and downspouts you would never know he was here as the place looks cleaner now than when he arrived. Fran was very responsive to my need to redirect roof run-off at my home. He was courteous, explained my options, and came by the following day. He completed the job in about 1 hour while I was at work, and then called me at work to confirm that the job had been completed. The work performed was of high quality. I would use Fran again and highly recommend him.
