Provided by YP.comMake sure you get another bid or two. The proprietor presented himself as a competent and honest bidder. His spouse, who never visited the premises, and gave a conflicting story to the employees who worked on the job, jacked up the price $1200 a few days before the closing of the escrow. Very troubling for this customer.
