We needed someone out ASAP to fix our heat and we got this company off of the internet,and they were great. They accommodated us in every way. The price was very reasonable and we were happy. Thank you for replacing out thermostat and ignitor for our furnace.

This company was very fast and efficient they got our heat up and going on a cold night we got them off line and they did a great job they came out replaced her ignition control board on our train furnace replaced are capacitor on our blower cleaned out the burner assembly we signed up with a maintenance contract they change the filters and the overall did very professional job we will be using these guys from now on in all of our HVAC needs thank you so much for your professionalism and great pricing

AAA HVAC Professionals (Joey Ratelli) was contracted by my home warranty company to assess the situation with my AC. They determined that the air handler needed replaced but told me that the compressor/condenser along with several other issues included upgrading the 5/8” lines to ¾”.



However, AAA HVAC PRO failed to do the contracted work as was confirmed by a second opinion from another AC company contracted by the warranty company on 10/8/15. AAA HVAC Pro did not replace the 5/8 lines or the rusted safety pan still in the attic. The second opinion also stated that the air handler has no disconnect or breaker in the attic which I assume would be a code requirement and possible safety and code violation.



I called several times and they never returned my calls. They charged my credit card $3,300 for the repairs that were never accomplished. They also changed the invoice changing it from $85 to $3,300

This company came and fixed our hvac system the other day and we were very happy with their service. We definitely will use this company again,as the really know their stuff. From their attitudes and professionalism i couldn't put any other companies ahead of them. GREAT WORK.

We called them out from Angie's List and they were very honest fast and reliable and got our heat up and going within 2 hours of our call very professional company to deal with we will use them from now on and they also have a triple A rating with the BBB thanks guys

I worked for them for a few weeks in August. They are pretty much two guys with dated vans and recovered equipment from changeouts. I will say that they know residential systems, but their business practices are shady at best. Joey has an alias "Eric", so understand they are both the same person. Jerry is the wife of Eric (and the dispatcher) and constantly complains of people calling. Eric complains of "being too close to the red", which motivated me to move on. Steve, the Service Manager, is unavailable for calls most of the time that I tried contacting him. I guess giving a little and charging a lot is typical of a small business of this size. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them based on their business practices of overcharging customers, and charging employees for extra costs.

BEWARE!! OVER-CHARGING!! In August, 2015, the serviceman was paid $49 for a checkup and told not to do anything without our permission. Without consulting with us, he replaced a capacitor = $185 more. We paid AAA HIVAC $49 to come out and "inspect our air conditioner/heat unit", and were charged and paid a total of $215 for not much! The serviceman was supposed to come between 9-12 noon, but was late, requiring our taking off work that afternoon. We informed him not to do anything but check out the unit, without talking to my wife or me (she in the house; I now mowing the grass). Shortly, he presents me with a bill for an additional $185 to replace a bad capacitor, supposedly covered with acid. I complain, but he insinuates that he has talked to my wife and told her he would deduct $20 for being late. THIS WAS DONE ENTIRELY WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE or PERMISSION! I asked for the bad capacitor back, which he gives me - I comment about the lack of acid, etc. I have the capacitor checked out - IT IS OK! When called, I talked to Joe (owner he said), he had lots of excuses for this inadequate service, then started to shout and accused me of lack of good business practices. But he promises a refund, but sends none and then refuses to return my calls. $215 for a fuse, at best. Sept., 2015, I contact the Better Business Bureau and ask for $160 refund for this good capacitor. He says No!!. BBB says Sorry.

Third time we have had an issue with no follow-through from them. Said they would be here "shortly" and yet 4 1/2 hours later we were still waiting. Then promised to come back the next morning and fix the problem. Took the service charge money and did not come back. Did not answer calls. Did not return messages. Issue still unresolved. The only great thing was the guy telling us how to save money on the repair we needed done - by buying the supplies we needed ourselves instead of through them.

The Home Warranty Company suggested this Business and we had them come out to our house in Knoxville and they found that we needed a whole new system, and the warranty company approved us for a new system! Unbelievable that we had a great company here within 2 hours to correct our problems!!! GREAT WORK!!

We called our home warranty Co.and they sent out AAA Hvac and they were very effecient in there diagnosis and we were very pleased.We previously had to wait a week for this other company that never showed,but AAA HVAC came out and made our day! Thanks Joey!!!!

EXTREMELY UNPROFFESSIONAL AND SHADY!!!!! BEWARE!!!! My air conditioner stopped working and we called Joey with this company to come look at it. He told us that our compressor was shot and not working because the filter was dirty and clogged up. He said that we couldn't buy another compressor because our air conditioner was 11 years old and he couldn't guarantee the system so we had no choice but to buy a whole new air conditioner. Our home warranty would not cover this so we thought we had no choice but to buy a new air conditioner out of pocket. My husband and I and our four children had no air conditioner for 4 days in the beginning of August with extremely high temperatures. Before we bought a new air conditioner, we decided to get another opinion. We had another company come out and look at it. This guy told us that there was obviously nothing wrong with the compressor and it ended up being a small part that cost us less than $100 with labor and all. He fixed it within a few minutes and we had air. He said that anyone with experience would know that the compressor was fine just by looking at it. He also told us that if it was the compressor that he would be able to put in a new one and guarantee us for a year, because the air conditioner is not considered that old. We almost spent thousands of dollars that we didn't need to because of this company and then when we contacted him about it he was extremely rude and he still stuck to his story and said the compressor must have started working again before the other guy came. I don't know how a shot compressor could just start working again. Stay away!!!!! This business is shady and I have turned them in to the better business bureau.
