So I want to say up front i would have given them 5 stars as Joe, his wife and his team do great work. They have provided us with loaner vehicles and given us rides home on multiple occasions. In December 2014, our car started "hitching, RPMs go up and down" at times and we brought it to Joe in the end of January 2015, who hooked it up to the computer which stated we needed a new transmission, so they replaced the transmission and it cost me just under 2500$, Joe worked with us and he was great! We got it back 3 days later and the car was still "hitching" same thing, no rhyme or pattern to it. Joe had us bring it in twice to recreate the hitching, but could not get it to duplicate again as it was so sporadic. Then on June 5th 2015, it began hitching badly on my way to work and lost transmission. Luckily it was still under warranty and Joe had it replaced within 4 days providing us with another loaner car. Now at this point we are ecstatic the car will finally be fixed and we wont have to worry about it again. We got the car back on June 10th and on June 13th, it began "hitching" all the way to the store and then didn't do it again. We called Joe this morning and we brought it back and they couldn't recreate the "hitching" so we are bringing it back on June 17th and they are bringing in someone else to check it out. I will keep you posted on outcome and hopefully it will be good news!
