Our son damaged the garage door the first week after he got his driving licence... So I wasted some time in finding the right garage door repair shop. A colleague of mine recommended A1, so I called them and scheduled an appointment. 2 technicians came to my house when promised and quoted the repair price lower than I have expected. They fixed the door the same day and now my son feels a lot better :)

Their technicians came the next week, exactly when agreed and not a minute late, installed the door within 2 hours time and lubricated the springs. Don’t look elsewhere, A1 is a perfect garage service for you!

My garage door got stuck in the open position over night and I needed it fixed as fast as possible. On a friend's recommendation I called A1 and, on my surprise, they promised to come the next morning. Their repair guy showed up the next morning, exactly when agreed and started the repair. He finished the job in 1-2 hours and the price was good too. I will definitely save their number in my contacts. They provide such a fast garage door service at an affordable cost.

The technician even took time to explain the features of the opener and how to use it, which was greatly appreciated. Thomas is an amazing guy! He came to our house, just within a few hours after we've made a call to his company, because our garage door stopped working and our car was stuck inside. And my wife needed the car urgently for tomorrow's business trip so we were very lucky to contact such professionals. Thomas fixed our garage door in 3 hours, and I can only say that he is one very hard-working guy! I would not hesitate to call him again if there were any problems!!!

Totally satisfied with our experience with A1 Garage Door Service. My wife noticed the reviews online and booked an appointment for the next morning. The serviceman Larry was here on time and told me what he thought the issue was, even though I can’t put into words exactly what has been going on. He informed me what it would cost, which was about what my wife was told earlier. Door was fixed in one hour twenty minutes and he thoroughly explained what the issues were and some things to keep an eye out for with my garage door opener. I totally recommend them.

I called A1 because of many various issues with the garage door on my newly-purchased home. A1 was prepared to arrive that day, but I required some time to be away from work for the afternoon. Anyway, in addition to booking my appointment for the next day they gave me lots of friendly trouble shooting advice having listened carefully to my situation. I had tried all the obvious fixes… I didn't get a chance to attempt some of their suggestions until the following day while A1 was on the way over. Low & behold, one of their tips fixed it. I called the A1 tech in route and he was sincerely happy and grateful to have helped and for the positive outcome. Couldn’t believe it. 20 minutes away and probably almost to my place, and he was thanking me for the call. Wow. I suppose in the end I can’t speak for the quality of A1’s actual service but I can say that they are a stand-up company that understands the importance of earning your referral business.

Hired A1 Garage Door Service after seeing other fantastic reviews on the internet. Could not be happier. My extremely massive & heavy garage door that required two huge commercial torsion springs had one spring snap in half, and so therefore it was impossible to open. These guys arrived out and solved the problem, using more springs in case one broke in the future it would be easier to open manually. were very reasonable in total cost and very responsive. Soon after that, had another situation where door was not closing. A1 came out and replaced a wire for me that was totally unrelated to the first repair. Great prices, great service, very responsive. Could not ask for more.

A1 Garage Door Repair! Emergency service on a Sunday morning taken care of with no hassle, didn’t nail us with a massive quick response fee! A1 sent Bobby who was great to work with and took care of a broken tension spring in less than one and a half hours plus explained all the nuts and bolts to us, quite literally. I could go on and on but I’ll keep it short, A1 was great. Call ‘em.

My wife (who is a terrible driver) backed into the garage door and broke the bottom sections of the door. I was extremely upset but the anger dispersed rapidly after the people at A1 Garage Door repaired the damage with a decent price and top-notch workmanship. These guys beat the popular competitor company in price and also repair time. I highly recommend these guys if your wife backs into your garage door as well.

One reason why I chose this garage door company was based on the great online reviews… and I was not disappointed. Our garage door stopped working and we contacted A1 garage door to schedule when we could get it fixed. I spoke with a nice lady on the phone, and she was very polite as she listened to my problem and gave me a clue of what she thought was broken plus the ballpark cost. We booked a time for him to come out, the same day and only a few hours after the call. He arrived at the appointed time, was professional, extremely knowledgeable and quick. The price was good for our area, plus we received a 10% discount from a coupon we had. A1 also offers Military discount. If I ever have another problem or repair, I will most definitely use this service again. They deserve all five stars!

5 stars??? not enough….it is SO nice to deal with a business that has actual integrity. A1 came all the way out to my secluded property and saw we had a very old, outdated, and dilapidated garage door opener. I was told they no longer make that model and parts are not available. But Brian from A1 tried several things to try and repair this old beat up one before we both decided to buy & have him install the new opener. Excellent work, what seemed like a fair price, all-around good company. A1 goes the extra mile to ensure that I was very satisfied.

My garage door wouldn't budge this last weekend when I decided to go out. I found out after inspecting that my spring that raises the door snapped in half. Called up A1 and got someone out in about 3 hours after my initial call. Got 2 springs now which makes the door raise and lower wayyy quicker, and it is also a lot quieter. Good pricing, honest service.

Just bought a home in the Henderson area and our garage door opener was about 15 years old and sounding like it was very upset. Called up A1 and had someone out to replace the unit and do a maintenance check up. Our technician did a great job with the upgrade, got the new Guardian unit installed and lubed the door. He was very thorough with explaining what needed to be replaced and steps for future upkeep. Thanks a ton for the new garage door opener!

My wife and I just bought a new to us home. The garage door when opened or closed sounded like it was wailing in pain. Called A1 and Technician came out to inspect. I figured I was going to need a new opener and bearings etc. After the inspection the technician informed me that our opener and bearings and wheels were all in good working order and had been replaced in the past 5 years or so, and the source of the noise was the 16 year old springs and cables. Less than an hour later we had new springs and cables with a lifetime warranty installed. The garage is almost silent now when opening and closing. I can say that if we have any further issues with our garage we will be calling A1 back.
