Ripped off from A to Z. A to Z was contracted to side all the trim on my home. I had my home painted and they were to cover all the trim. They left dark marks from the ladders all over my home. They tried covering it up with paint that did not match. They incorrectly installed vinyl on the soffits and left trash on my roof. When I confronted the owner (John Hopkins) about the mistakes, he assured me he would correct the errors. The next day, they put one coat of paint over the marks which did little to cover them and then packed up and left with little of the siding completed, damage to the paint still visible, and a $850 deposit. When I tried to get a refund of the deposit John Hopkins stated "I completed a 3rd of the work and I bought the paint that makes us even" The only reason he bought paint was to repair the damage he had done. I doubt I will see any of that deposit refunded to me. Don't make the mistake I did. It will cost you more than you expect.

I am very pleased with the quality roofing job a to z did. They were very prompt and courteous, and had knowledgable answers to all of my questions. Definatley hire them.
