Donna was a great listener, offered sampling prior to events, checked and double checked all details to make sure our event was everything we wanted and more.

They met every request we asked for, and exceeded our expectations. The servers were attentive, the food was plentiful, and the attention to detail fabulous. They can do anything from casual to formal.. Our event was more formal, and we were slightly not certain they could do the job. We knew they had great food, but they also offered great versatility. They will be as involved as you want them to be, or do it all for you, so that you can enjoy your event without missing a moment.

We used A Taste of the Bayou for our annual company picnic, it was PERFECT! It was so nice not to have to worry about ANYTHING! Donna and her staff thought of everything. The food was DELICIOUS-- BBQ leg quarters and RIBS--lip smacking good! They were very professional and the price was great too! I highly recommend them for any event.

Taste of the Bayou catered our rehearsal dinner and we could not have asked for better food, service, and a wonderful Cajun atmosphere (the decorations/music were fantastic). Family members are still talking about how great the food was and it fit perfectly within our budget. They really went above and beyond to make our rehearsal dinner a wonderful fun filled evening. The staff and servers were all very professional and extremely helpful in teaching attendees how to properly eat a crawfish!! We STRONGLY recommend using Taste of the Bayou for any catering needs. I used A Taste of the Bayou for a surprise 50th birthday party. They were fantastic. I didn't have any visions as to what I wanted, Donna was so patient and had such wonderful ideas. She also spent a lot of time price shopping, which I really appreciated. The food was fantastic, we got tons of compliments! The whole team is very professional. I will use them every time!!

If you are looking for a company that can spice up your party this is it! I have attended multiple parties that this company has worked at and each time the food was amazing. They specialize in cajun dishes (as one of the owners in from Baton Rouge) but they can also do just about anything else you are looking for as well.



All their decorations have been amazing at each event I have attended. The staff that they bring with them are always professional and courteous and take care of every little detail.



I would recommend them to anyone that wants a fresh idea for their party!

They use only fresh ingredients and authentic cajun sausages.



Great party decorations and decor. Not only do they offer cajun, they will cook anything you want and can decorate for any occasion.



They offer a good variety of music anything from pop, country, cajun or rap.....over 4,000 songs to choose from.



In addition, they can plan your party from start to finish, you just show up, relax and have a great time.
