Definitely don't treat people like V.I.P. We had dinner for prom. There were other people there for other schools. The limo guy showed up 40 mins late and rushed us. When we asked him if this was the limo for [school] he gave an ugly attitude and said "I don't know! This is for the one for the American bank center correct?" We told him no and where the drop off would be. He started driving before everyone sat down. We asked if the window between him and us goes up. He didn't even let us finish our question. Mid-sentence, he just rolled up the window. We paid for an hour but since he was 40 mins late, we only got 13 mins of driving. We contacted Robert about a price discount and he said it'll still be full price. Really!? The driver drove pretty fast for 13 mins. Please go somewhere else. We were skeptical about going there cause it's such a mess there and the limos are dirty. When ever we call, he's always in a rush to hang up. But we had no other choice for last minute. Just horrible service.

Great service,limousine was very nice and clean. The driver was very courteous and professional will definitely recommend and use this company again

Recommend to have communication up to the day of your event. Owner was nice but what my niece wanted could not be delivered and my niece's parents had to find another service to take over the day of her event.
