I was very pleased with their service. Jacob, the technician, arrived on time even though I live a significant distance from their office. He was efficient and resolved my pilot light issue immediately. We also needed a new seal, which he had with him and was able to install in less than 10 minutes. I was happy to provide a few paper towels for him to clean my glass. It looks beautiful! I had a very positive experience and would not hesitate to recommend them! Thank you!

The customer service was excellent. The service technicians were efficient and quick with their work as well as professional and friendly. I would recommend A Safe Home to friends and family!

I would not use A Safe Home Gas Fireplace Service again. I will say that the technician did a good job of cleaning and testing the fireplace. The reason I would not use this company again is because to get the technician to certify his work, I had to allow him replace the wall switch, which he said was "a little slow". He charged us $10 for a $1 switch and the 2 minutes it took him to replace it. We have used our fireplace less than 10 times since we bought the house brand new, but since we are selling the house, we wanted everything to be in good condition for pre-sale inspections. When the tech showed up, he asked us to provide him with paper towels, I should have charged him $10 for the towels and my trip to the kitchen to get them. In conclusion, if you don't mind getting nickled and dimed over and above the service charge, the work was ok, just not too professional.

We have used A Safe Home repair service at least twice over the last 10 years.Technicians were knowledgable, thorough, and even cleaned up after repairs weremade :-) Just getting ready to have the fireplaces serviced before the winter, and am callingA Safe Home again- they have my vote!
