I locked my keys in my van at work. ���� The professionals with Richard's Lock and Key were friendly, prompt, and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them!

Ditch my appointment twice. bad busyness.

I was traveling from Dallas to Ft Wayne to assist my parent, going into a full assistance nursing home & lost the key to my rental car. I received the highest level of professional service, EVER.

The effort, speed & quality of work was absolutely beyond exceptional. I was very stressed due to my parent's circumstance, before I lost my rental car key. The service level was above & beyond anything I have encountered. The understanding & concern of my situation was amazing. This level of work ethic & character are a very rare find in this day & age. Incredibly lower price than any other price I received. I could not give a higher recommendation. Truly.

He was fantastic! i needed a replacement VW key and he came to my house, cut the key, and programed it all for less thatn half the price of the VW dealership. He was a really nice guy and took as much time as he said he would except that he got lost on the way here so be specific with directions
