I had the same problems as the person above. Terrible location. If I could give it no stars I could. I had an accident and the estimate was 10 days. They kept telling me it would be ready "Friday". Friday kept passing. Finally it was picked up and the suspension was not working in the back. They admitted they did not test drive it. They kept telling me it would be ready "Friday". Finally I had it towed to BMW and they made the tow company wait to pick it up. My new mechanic found that the air bag light was on. After 40 days and no car I am very frustrated and there is a list of things that are still wrong with the car. Do not go here. Even if you have it towed here and have to pay out of pocket to get it towed somewhere else, it is worth your time, frustration and energy to have someone else fix your car.

I don't even know where to begin. From the time of my accident (mid December) there has been a string of lies that keep continuing from these people. I was told they were an autobody as well as repair shop. Lie. They still have my car. They do not have an on site mechanic. I have been told multiple times "come tomorrow for your car" and it has never been ready. When I finally did pick up my car it smoked the entire way home then when I parked it in my spot it left puddles of antifreeze and oil underneath of the car. I brought it back and explained the problem and they told me fixing it would take 10 minutes. I sat there for 3 hours until they finally told me they would need to keep it for a few days. I still do not have my car back. Do not use these people they are liars and cheats.
