It is our goal to assist Lenders and Realtors to make foreclosed properties showable and saleable as soon as possible, at the least amount of expense. We provide a full array of services so that a foreclosed property has the best chance of being sold. We will provide a detailed property inspection with pictures as well as secure the property and perform any needed maintenance or repair to the interior and/or exterior of the property. We will also do a monthly inspection to ensure the security and showability of the property.
