I would not hire this company if they were the last movers on earth. The lead mover spent more time telling me how much more it was going to cost me for the move then he did moving anything. Because of this they left several heavy items that my 77-year-old dad and myself had to move the next day, BTW I have disabilities. Then when I realized that they put a box marked very heavy on top of a container marked very fragile I contacted the office and was told that they would get back to me in two weeks, it has now been six weeks and I have heard nothing. Again, hire anybody but these people. It also cost me twice what I was quoted. Please save yourself the time and hire anybody else.

A Best Movers are the worst movers I ever hired. They don't want to take responsibility for damaging or losing items. If you value your items, don't use these movers.

I was impressed enough by these guys to take the trouble to write a review. Very professionally moved my house and on time. In my humble opinion I think I was well prepared because me and wife had neatly laid out the boxes, but these guys were quick on the feet and nice on the items. It was a suburb to suburb move.Would refer for sure.

When we had to upgrade from a smaller single-family home to a larger one due to a growing family, we were looking for a company that clearly explained all the need-to-know information before the moving date as well as professional service. The lady on the other end of the phone line was courteous, thorough and completely understood that moving was a stressful event. Upon moving day, the men that arrived were clean cut and polite, taking time to mind the yard and house interior. Additionally, during my research of different moving companies, A Best had an A+ rating with the BBB. We were so impressed and will definately be using A Best again if we decide to move!

I recently used A Best Movers to move my daughter from home to an apartment at college. I was relieved that it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. They moved her things quickly and safely up 6 flights of stairs!. It was well worth the $ and it saved our backs. They were also very pleasant to work with :).

Highly Recommended. A-Best Movers has moved me three times - each time their movers were professional, polite, efficient, and took far better care of my things than I did! All of my things arrived safely and were placed exactly where I wanted them making moving day run smoothly. Great company - Great service.

What an excellent experience! With all the stresses that come with moving, I was not looking forward to hiring movers. After calling around, I decided to go with A. Best Movers out of McHenry, IL and I couldn't have chosen a better company! A. Best Movers provided me with all the information I would need before the move so that there were no suprises on moving day and when moving day came, they were on time, friendly and very efficient. In the future, I will only call on A. Best Movers for any of my future moves and feel great about recommending them to friends and family for their moving needs. A. Best Movers was a great option that was not only affordable, but quick and professional!
