This might be the best repair service I have ever encountered. Alexi was scheduled to arrive between 3 and 6, and he arrived at 3:30. I have never had a technician arrive within the parameters promised until now. Alexi was professional and perfectionistic. He carefully alerted me to the price of anything. The refrigerator needed serious work, but the parts come out to less than 20% the price of a new unit. My garbage disposal has been out of commission for two years. Alexi fixed it in two minutes. My washing machine has been out of hot water for two years. Alexi finished that in one minute. Its as if his training included watching every American or British sitcom since I Love Lucy about difficulties of dealing with repair people, and Alexi determined to never let any of those negatives happen on his watch
