This serivice was part of a warranty purchase when I purchased my carpet at Home Depot. I called several times and left messages without a return call for 8 days. I finally got a hold of Becky the office manager in Victorville. She is a real witch. She is rude and indignant. If I had not already purchased the service I would told Becky to stick it....The gentleman that came to clean the carpet was very nice and apparently the franchisee. However not interested in what I had to say about his employee. Local small business are failing due to the current economic condition of the country. It would behoove business owners to empoloyee qualified employees and listen to concerns of their customers. Carpets could have been cleaned by any vendor in the HD.
