I had waited for over an hour when I was told someone would be at my residence within 30 to 40 minutes. When I called back I was told that the driver was here and knocked on my door and even called me. That NEVER happened. And since I am in a new condo phase I am the only person on my street. I don't like being lied to, and I will never recommend them to anyone.
