I searched Google and A Affordable Glass & Mirror Co was the 2nd company I contacted. I explained to Charles that during my recent move from OH to MI, the mirrors on the inside of my china cabinet had come off and some others were loose. He was in the vicinity just finishing the job and came right over and put them back the way they were when we bought it 32 years ago. Looks like it did when it was delivered! I'm so pleased with Charles and his work. I could just go on and on about his dedication and positive attitude, but I think when you meet him, you'll definitely area. He's just fantastic and a wonder at what he does!

I'm not someone to take the time to list a review; so this is something special.
I called Charles on a Saturday morning weeks ago. I had a patio door that the seal had been broken for years; been putting off replacing it for years. On that Saturday, I'd decided to put a new lock on the door. Unfortunately, I drilled the holes thru the frame (to close to the glass). POP!!! The entire door exploded. Charles came out within 2 hrs. He thought only 1 of the panes had broke / Nope I got'em both. It would have taken weeks to get the new glass ordered. By divine intervention - He actually had my door glass (for a door 30+ yrs old). He came back the next day (Sunday after church), and installed the new glass. 3 weeks later, I noticed the rubber seal was lose. I called back and Charles let me know that the glass was fine, the seal wouldn't affect it. He still came out within 2 hrs to take a look and relieve my anxiety. The frame had gotten bent out of shape after 1000's of opening/closings. Charles took the time to take the door out, apart and adjusted the seal. He put it back together; it was like new and didn't charge me anything. This Company (Man) stands behind his work, his word and his service. Thanks for the caring and professional service. Charles did a great job installing my oversized mirror! He was very courteous from the very beginning, calling me back and texting me as needed. He's knowledgeable, professional yet friendly, and very honest with his work. He offered me the best, affordable price and I loved the extra details and care he put in into his work! Such dedication to great project outcome and relationship with customers was admirable! I would definitely hire him again and recommend to anyone! Greg, his assistant, was equally nice, professional, and courteous. I am very happy with their service! Keep it up guys!

I phoned A Affordable Glass the Friday before Mothers Day. I'm the husband responsible for a kitchen remodel that took all too long and the glass was the final task. Charles understood my situation and amazingly, he added me to his schedule. He came over after his last job, about 6pm, and worked until 12:50am, well after midnight to finalize our cabinet glass in time for Mothers Day. He did all the work..I had a happy wife. It's a rare man that would so something so kind. As we spoke it was clear he was a solid family man, someone I felt comfortable letting into my home. He went above and beyond, meticulously cutting, grinding and buffing each piece and cleaning them twice. Each one set in a perfect bead of clear silicone as if he owned the house himself. To say he exceeded my expectations is an understatement and there aren't enough stars to give this guy. I'm not a big reviewer, but this is one of those rare cases where I was completely amazed.

Charles is FANTASTIC! He replaced the glass on our sliding door and he was nothing less that perfect! The quality of the glass he replaced our door with was FAR BEYOND what was in the door prior to the glass breaking. He made sure everything was perfect and he even cleaned everything up after himself! I’ve never, EVER had a company clean up after themselves! He is truly amazing and I can’t wait to call him in the future to customize our new home!

Hello First off I never leave reviews for any company but I had to for Charles he went above and beyond for me he installed custom mirrors in my whole salon in Rochester Hills Michigan he is very professional and knows his stuff I would definitely recommend him and that’s why I went Out of my way to leave a review for him thank you Charles for the great work I’m a very satisfied customer and definitely will return for any glass work I need done again thank you very much Charles

I normally do not write reviews of contractors but in this case I must make an exception. Charles impressed me with his professionalism and expertise. he did an outstanding job and was also the best price I could find. I was skeptical of all the positive reviews but after he replaced a fairly large sliding glass door I now know why he is the best. I would highly recommend him without hesitation, you will not be disappointed with this man. a true professional.

When good customer service and quality are rare, we were fortunate to contact Charles at A Affordable Glass & Mirror. Charles, the owner, is very knowledgeable and handled our complete order from the measuring, ordering and installing our tempered, beveled glass doors and glass shelved in our wall unit. He was always available for our phone calls and accommodated our schedule. He takes pride in his work and does not leave the job until you and he are completely satisfied. We would high recommend his company for all your glass and mirror needs.

I called about a 4X9ft.vanity mirror detaching from the wall creating a hazardous situation. The owner, Charles, recognized the urgency of the matter and came out the same day and spend many hours correcting the problem in a neat and professional manor. He quoted me one price and honored it even though it required more work than originally anticipated.

Charles was absolutely awesome!! He came out to my house custom measured, cut and installed a very larger piece of glass for a dining room table we had made! The price was more than affordable and the he did was no less than perfect, it was beyond my expectations! I usually do not review or recommend people/businesses, however when the owner himself comes out, it deserves a review and I would certain recommend him/his company to friends & family if I could give him more than 5 stars I certainly would!!!

Charles is fantastic!!! I called him to inquire about a shower enclosure he was very nice there is nothing he didn't know the guy knows his glass he came out the same day with samples then when it was completed it looked fantastic he did a great job on installing the shower I would definitely recommend Charles to anyone and that's why I'm writing this review because reviews are everything that's what made me go with Charles were his reviews and Charles did A1 job thank you so much Charles

My mom lives in detroit and I live in AZ someone had broken into her home I called this company right away and he went to help my mom right away he fixed her window before it got too cold Thank you Mr. Charles for helping me and my mom you are an angel.

Charles, the owner, answered my initial phone call at 3:30pm and had the glass cut and ready to install by 5:30. He came to my house and installed the glass in a half hour. Very knowledgeable and professional. Used only the best materials. Oh, and the mirror looks great!

The owner Charles came out the same day that I called and cut the glass on the spot. Glass looks good and price was right and nice I didn't have to wait three days, pick up myself and pay more

the owner himself, Charles, came out "next day" to assist me in repurposing a bathroom mirror I had from a previous demo job. He cut, polished, and reinstalled the mirror in a timely fashion. His professionalism and knowledge was off the chart. This is rare in today's standards for independant contractors.

We had an emergency situation involving glass replacement in our side door. We contacted Charles who was able to come out and do the job the very same day. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. Charles did a great job going above and beyond expectations. Would highly recommend this company. I even learned a little about tempered glass.

Charles is the owner, and he handled the service himself. Great to work with and exceeded all expectations. He did everything in his power to provide same-day service, whereas his larger, corporate competitors couldn't handle my needs inside of a week. Charles,the owner was outstanding! I called 3 other glass companies and they quoted outrageous prices to remove a bathroom mirror. Plus wait for days before they could do it....Charles not only answered the phone, he responded immediately and a third of the prices quoted to me and came. To house within 2 hours and job was done. Professional, friendly, very fairly priced and efficient!! Would recommend Affordable glass to anyone! Great supplier!
