Kelly has been cleaning our chimney for at least 20 years now, and always great service, and a great price. This year he also cleaned out our dryer duct, and found we had a major problem. Which he fixed for us, and did a great job on that as well. I highly recommend him for all of your chimney, and duct cleaning needs.

We initially called Kelly to get rid of a dead racoon in one of our chimneys and to clean the flues. We also had some brick work that we received bids from several other masons. When Kelly arrive, on time I might add, he proceeded to do the work he came here for and also mentioned he does do brick work also. We had him complete his scheduled work and afterwards he gave us an estimate for the chimney work and repairing some of the brick on our front and back porches. His estimate was half of what the other estimates we were given. We agreed to give Kelly the job which he completed on time and with excellent results. He also cleaned up their mess when done. We also had some baby racoons living in the basement fireplace and instead of taking them out and possibly killing them Kelly suggested waiting about a month to see if the mom would take them out. They did and Kelly returned at no cost to make sure they were gone and put the final cap on that chimney. We are now racoon free and have a beautiful chimney all thanks to Kelly.What I really appreciated is Kelly is the owner and also the one who shows up to do the work. His final bill actually came in a bit lower than the estimate. Kelly did NOT ask for any money until the job was complete. You do not find that very often in today's world. Thank you again Kelly. I had Soot and Cinders come out and clear our air ducts since we have NEVER had them cleaned since we moved in 8 years go. The amount of dirt that came out of our ducts and trunk lines was amazing. Gave my wife the creepys.When they came to our house, they explained everything they was going to do before even do it! They were very cautious about everything in the house as they were working. They even cleaned up as they were going along.I will recomended Soot and Cinders to all my family and friends. I would recomend them to anyone needing to clean their ducts.Karl
