I don't have a lot of money and am low income so I contacted the county assistance program. They could not help so they called A&A. Talk about being put at ease immediately I was chuffed!
Anyway, A & A, I was so happy with the way they worked on my furnace when another company was going to "take me" and said I needed a new furnace pronto. A & A got the job done, fixed. A while later my Air conditioning went completely out. I called A&A and the price was great and the service even better. Today I had to have a new furnace as yesterday it went out and was not even safe to run. First thing this morning @ 7:58 they were knocking at my door to install a new furnace. Both men were very comforting and went straight to work. ( this is ALWAYS the case when they have come out to inspect, clean my furnace previously since having them do my work). Not only do I very highly recommend A&A but I think if you even have them come out to inspect your furnace or whatever you will be assured as soon as you talk to whoever is there to do the work. Please consider them when your needs exist. You will not be sorry. I put my reputation on it.

Early evening, after work, discovered the furnace was not working, frigid outdoor temp. Called a company(with 24 hr service) that advertises on TV- no response thru answer service after less than an hr of waiting. Called A & A thru after hr answer service and received an immediate call back. Very pleasant employee came to the house and explained the problem and did the repair in reasonable time. Very satisfied with service and very reasonable cost. Will call again if service is needed.
