WORST TAXI COMPANY! Cant even understand what the dispatcher is saying, called 2 hours prior still was not in front of the address, Extremely unprofessional when I asked for the supervisor the man gave a random number NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY its not even a company just some Arabian man pretending to be a taxi driver.

I work for a Hotel near Fresno Yosemite Airport and the distance from the airport is less than 1 mile away. I don't know where the driver got off charging the guest $17.25 on 09/05/2013 just shortly after 11:15 pm. Bottom line DO NOT use this Taxi Company. I had to do a star rating so I chose the lowest one even though it should be a negative one.

Very fast, our driver waited patiently while we waited for our luggage. Friendly driver made for a more fun atmosphere. Would recommend and will definitely use this company next time i need a cab.

ordered a taxi the day before for an early morning Pick up the next day 5:00. All appeared to be very professional, we confirmed pick up address and he told me I get a call at 4:45 to tell me taxi is on the way. So far so good.



In the morning than, no call at 4:45. When I rang I must have woken up the guy and he told me taxi is on the way, but no taxi arrived 5:00 and also not until 5:05. So had to take my car to the airport to nit risk missing my flight.



I can not recommend this company, unreliable

I came to Fresno last week from Washington. I was picked up by this young man who gave me exceptional customer service. As I arrived at the airport,the driver helped me with my baggage pickup and was prompt on timing. I was always picked up on time and he would call me ahead of time to let me know he was outside my hotel waiting.

First of all, hands down this is the best taxi service in all of Fresno. I was in such a hurry that I forgot my wallet and the driver took me back free of no charge! Jimmy is a great person and isn't one of those typical drivers that just is just working for the money. He actually helped me out a lot by giving me good tips the next time I'm back in Fresno. I will surely call him again in the future and guys trust me, he's really down-to-earth!

It was a good experience in Fresno,CA to have had such a clean, dependable and reliable taxi. The driver was on time and knows his way in town quite well. His reccommendations to the places I wanted to go were very good and appreciate the extra help, especially when being out-of-state.

I have recently called this company about 3 times to pick me and my girls up to and from the places we go even late night! They are reliable and on time. One of the drivers is really funny and seems like you're in Cash Cab and time flies having fun. I deff. reccommend this company to all you guys. You will be satisfied!!!
