Sets dates and doesn't show up, then seems very expensive after doing some homework.

I took off work /school 3 days in a row due to the fact he would set a date, then fail to show without calling to cancel/postpone.Charges $425 for a part that I look up and find an exact match (By part number) for $165.93. Charged $300 for labor to put in a fan motor on top of $135 for a weekend service call a week ago.At least the AC seems to be working now.
