Ton Renner did a new bathroom for me 2 years ago. The caulking has had to be replaced 3 times already. The bathtub moves when you step in it. He knows it wasn't installed properly. He has sent a man out twice to recaulk it, but tub is not secure and caulking comes back out. There is a big crack between tub and wall. Now it is a mess again, and he is telling me "caulking shrinks over time, the vast majority of people understand that".
