Provided by SuperpagesA-1 has worked on my house a couple of times, and have done a great job! Their employees are friendly and respectful, and the prices are reasonable. The next time I have an electrical need, I'll be going back to them!

A-1 Electric claims "Des Moines Most Experienced" and "Highly Trained and Professional Electricians". This couldn't be farther from the truth. My experience says that A-1 takes on the most undesirable jobs because that's all they are qualified to handle and are not capable of doing even the simplest of jobs without wanting your first born as payment. When you call, they'll get you right in and start the job, but just as fast leave the job uncompleted and maybe work you back in to finish because someone else just called and they need them there "right now". And when the job does FINALLY get done, it's due to having 1 guy start the job then leave, another guy work for a little on it then leave, another guy finish it then leave, and then another guy come back to fix the problems of the first 3. Just take a look at the "business address". Don't you think a guy with "30 years experience" would have something that resembled a business and not a rickety old house? You decide.
