A-1 Complete Heating and Air Conditioning LLC is a family owned and operated business, established in January 1990. After years in the service industry repairing electronic equipment (alarms, VCRs, motors and integrated circuits), I started my own heating and air conditioning service part time. After 2 years, it became a full time operation. Over the last 15 years we have kept our operation small, only taking on what we and 1 or 2 employees could handle. The result is that I can do most of the work myself and have direct control over employees and my service quality. With our high quality, I can guarantee labor for 5 years on equipment we install and recommend. In fact, when the job is done, I put my personal signature right on the equipment.

At A-1 Complete Heating & Air Conditioning LLC, we offer a 5-year free labor warranty, where all other companies we know of only offer 1 to 2 years. A-1 Complete Heating & Air Conditioning LLC was the first to give a free humidifier with a new system and now others give a free humidifier with a coupon. We began our 5-year warranty in January 2003 but the only way people knew is if they received a quote from us. Now that our warranty is public knowledge, we won’t be surprised if others start the same policy. Labor warranty on parts replaced is 90 days, and most others are 30 days.
