Disappointing service department. A technician charged $150 to look at the broken knob on my dryer. Somehow he decided to order a timer for $175 (which cost roughly $75 online) without asking me beforehand, and then handed me a bill for $350 (plus the $150 I already paid) and said the part wouldn't be available for 5 more days. I had him leave and fixed it myself (he wrote the serial number for the part on the form, so I purchased it online).

Bought all of my kitchen appliances at A-1 in Belle Meade. Lots of choices in many price ranges. Good home delivery and installation service.
