A special thanks - I truly appreciate the outstanding job you and your crew have done. This parking lot was in sad shape the day I purchased it. After much research and many estimates it became clear A-1 Advantage Asphalt, Inc. would do the job. On the first day your detailed planning to meet my request of not inconveniencing customers and controlling traffic in this busy plaza was outstanding. Thirty years as a building contractor and now retired - I have learned the importance and value of working with people who enjoy their job. Thanks for dong a first--class job from top to bottom.

This letter is to recognize the professionalism and excellence of your employees and crew. These men just completed asphalt paving of the street that serves the 7 homes on our Lane, plus they did a Fiber Reinforced Asphalt Overlay of our ranch driveway. We couldn't be more pleased! What a great, attractive job.



It is important to point out how pleasant it was to work with your Superintendent and Foreman on this project, and how quick they were to ddress any concerns or issues that arose. They made every effort to work with us all on parking, or inconveniences to our routines.



In summary, we can't thank you enough for the great job of making our lane and personal driveway so attractive. We know this improvement will be an asset to all of us. All these gentlemen are an asset to the good image of your company!
