We came on web wanting to write a review about this place hoping to prevent other people from having the same experience that we had - only to find other negative reviews. Similar to the previous poster, they charged us for repairs that were not needed. Our furnace was never broken to begin with. Not only were we charged for "misc repairs", we were also charged for testing and cleaning. Please read their BBB ratings as well. They got an F - with 5 formally filed complaints.

These people are out for one thing and one thing only your $$$. I had an emergency situation because of my son's severe medical condition. They came out looked at the situation and told me they needed to order the part and would expedite it that day. Turns out 24 hours later they hadn't even ordered the part yet. I told them the seriousness of the situation and told them I could probably find the part and that we could both be looking for it. They responded by giving the part # to look for. Well it took me about 10 minutes to find it and order it and have it on it's way. I called them back and told them I had the part being delivered and their response was "Oh we can't install any parts that you don't purchase from us. I told them how serious it was to get the repair done and they just didn't care. As it turned out I found another contractor in the area to complete the job. One final insult was that their initial diagnosis was wrong to begin with. So stay away from these unprofessional people.
