these guys were great, i got stuck on i95 with my daughter and they got me a tow in no time. I have never had better service. thank you 1800 imstuck

Called in and received a Quote which was too high. They told me they would check with the tow company to see if they would do it for cheaper which they confirmed so I accepted. They took my credit card info over the phone which I thought was to hold the service w/ the tow company. When the tow company arrived they charged me for the service and I later found that I was charged a separate $50 service fee by 1-800-IMSTUCK which totaled a much higher rate than I had agreed to pay and which I did not authorize. Proceed w/ CAUTION!

My name is Erika and i was stranded with my children in Galverston, Texas at 1am . Jose assisted me with getting my car that was stuck in the sand and his shift was ending in 15 minutes. so i got a phone call from his manager at home and he got me a tow in 20 minutes For 65.00 . When the tow truck driver arrived he told me the price was usually 120.00 and i only had 75.00 on me and i told the manager that. he said that 1800 im stuck told him to do it for 65.00 and they will take care of him with some other tows. these guys went out of there way and made sure i was ok. 1 hr later the manager calls me and says hello"Erika this is steven i just want to make sure your ok" i wsaid " yes i am and it only cost me 65.00" he said yes i know and i promised the tow company i would take care of them with som tows. they really didnt have to do this so if i ever break down again 1800 IM STUCK Thankyou so much and when i get paid im sending you a money order guys for lunch

I was absolutely thrilled with the thoroughness and speed that these guys got me a tow. It was easy and simple, just dial 1800IMSTUCK and the rest is easy as pie!

Great customer service spoke to a steve and dan and i dont subscribe to a motor club they found me a cheap tow and even called me back to makesure i was ok. They even asked if i had any children with me and thats great cause i do have children and would you want a newborn on the side of the road with all these crazy drivers out there. The tow was 125.00 and when the tow truck arrived within 20 min he said we were. Aware you had a child with you . So if you care about my kids and could do that for me it" s great THANK YOU 1800 IM STUCK
