Provided by SuperpagesI am no longer a customer because of the way I have been treated by the Tampa, FL franchise after years of being a customer. One of my dress shirts was returned with some sort of iron mark/burn on the front. I sent it back with a note pointing out the mark. They sent me a note saying that there was no way that their irons could have made the mark on the shirt and could not even offer me a credit for the dry cleaning on the now ruined shirt. I responded with a note saying that I was canceling my service because of this poor customer service. No one called me or responded to me canceling my service. I called the manager and asked him if he even cared that I had canceled my service and he said no. When I asked him about the customer always being right, he told me that that was something stupid that was taught in high school. He would not offer a credit or try to understand how upsetting it was that he did not care about losing my business. AWFUL TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS
