I have purchased windows from Window Depot for many years and when a window I purchased from them many years ago in one of the rentals became "cloudy" they replaced the glass that had loss it's gas at no charge. Yes! They honor their guarantee. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful; they have taught me some tricks installing doors and windows.
