I highly, highly recommend TCG Network Services out of Natick, MA. I have worked with them for 12 years. They save me on a regular basis, are very dependable, and nice to work with! I have never had to wait for help because they remote in right when I call. They are also extremely prompt at coming out for service. They truly are THE BEST! In all these years, I have never once thought of looking somewhere else. I truly cannot say enough good about them!

Just wanted to let you know how thrilled we are with the TCG's TecStation Backup & Disaster Recovery system. The thing really works wonders. Its nice knowing that I dont have to wonder every night whether the backup is going to work or not. It just goes, no matter what. I havent had to do too many restores, but the few have been painless. I cant tell you how much our users like that as well. Most times while they are standing at my cube still trying to explain to me what they did to what file and so on, Im already into the TecStation and about ready to restore the file. They are all happy to have the file restored before they even make it back to their desks.
