I have been to Polished twice... the first time I was a walk in and Jenny took me immediately! She was so nice... another woman took my old acrylics off and did a beautiful job by taking her time and being very gentle... then i had Jenny do a pink and white french gel manicure with a "V" design on the white tip...She knew exactly what I was talking about and copied the pic I brought in.. Jenny and staff are So nice and professional and their salon is very nice and clean... I am so happy to find a new place!! :)

I went there with a friend while ago to get our manicure and pedicure done after work . The place is look nice and clean but the jobs are so bad , my French gel nail chip off next day also the color on my toe nails . I came back next day to tell them , the same lady work on me last nite , she fixed them but guess what it happen again next day , I came back there twice also asking for money back or gift certificate for next service ..she said she can't do it that way .. I was unhappy at all with her as a manager she should take a good care of clients instead of rushing and lousy . My friend her mani n pedi got done by other girl came out so pretty and perfect ..the girl so sweet taking her time working .. I'm not come in back but If i could I will ask for Denise the girl did a beautiful job on my friend nails ..
