Outstanding service. I was amazed how quickly they could turn the taxes around. You can tell they are very knowledgeable; they spotted a huge error that our previous tax accountant made that cost us a lot of money. I was shocked on how reasonable the prices were. They work great under pressure and on the ball. Our office has dealt with many accountants over 19 years and O’Brien’s Tax service by far is the best we have come across. My only regret is I wished I found them sooner.

If you are looking for tax preparation services I would highly advise AGAINST using O'Brien Tax Services in Natick MA. The preparation itself was alright, they did miss a few minor deductions (did not deduct last years preparation fees, etc). My main problem was their inability to deliver in a timely manner. After I met with them, I was told they would call within 2-3 business days for me to come sign the return after it was reviewed. 7 business days later I had not heard from them. I went into the office and was promised that they would finish it immediately and I would get a call that afternoon. I did not hear from them, and so at the end of the next business day I went and picked up my documents to take elsewhere. No one asked any questions or offered an apology. It was pretty clear this was a regular occurrence.
