Natick Family Dental provided the most professional and comfortable dental visit I have ever experienced.

From the moment that Dr. Goldstein personally held the door open when I walked in and introduced himself, I knew I was in good hands. There were comfortable massage chairs in the lobby which I relaxed in while filing paperwork. The appointment started promptly on time, and dentist continued to impress me as he explained calmly what exactly it was he was going to be doing during my visit. He made sure to ask about any concerns I might have before beginning the oral examination. He was also very good about answering any questions I had during the process.

The office was extremely clean and organized, and made use of high-tech equipment. However, the new equipment was not at all intimidating. They explained to me, "The new digital x-ray system emits 80% less radiation than a conventional system". Furthermore, I was able to view the digital photographs and x-rays right from my patient chair.

The office was able to book me a back-to-back appointment with a hygienist, which was very convenient. He was also extremely professional, and took thorough care to clean my teeth. The entire time this was happening, I was being entertained by my one of my favorite television shows, "Curb Your Enthusiasm", which they offered to play at my request. I just found my new dentist...and so did you!

I've been fortunate enough to have excellent dental care for the majority of my adult life, but I can say that Natick Dental is among the best dentists that I have encountered. First and foremost he is a masterfully skilled technician, and I have no complaints about the work that he has performed over the past two years - from wisdom tooth removal (performed rapidly and painlessly), to minor cavity repair and routine cleanings - all excellent and without incident. But as importantly, he is a brilliant conversationalist and it is quite easy to visit, despite the pressure to floss.

The facility is near and modern. It is somewhat clean and contemporary... others are more impressive in the respect. The staff is kind and genuinely accommodating.

I have been to too many dentists too many times in my life. Sad to admit that when I open my mouth, my teeth look like a construction site (a couple of root canals and crowns, and tons of fillings) and I can recognize the different dentist tools by hearing their sounds.

I just came back from my appt with Natick Dental and I am continued to be super impressed by him! I wish I bypassed all of my previous dentists. These are the reasons why they are so good at what they do.
1. Extremely kind, spends time with you to walk you through the process, calm demeanor
2. Somehow they manage to do everything without inflicting any pain. This makes me wonder, what the heck were my previous dentists doing wrong?
3. Honest. They never recommend you to get something done unless it's truly necessary. Previously I've been to so many salesy dentists who wanted me to get everything done.

The office is located near my home in Framingham. I drive to Wellesley everyday, so crossing over Natick makes it very easy to get to on W central.

After having a terrible experience with another dentist in the city, I was afraid to go to a new dentist. But after reading lots of reviews I decided I might as well see how it goes.
The office is brand new, very clean, and just so nice compared to other dentists I have been too. The entire staff, from reception to the dentists themselves are very pleasant and warm. They ask you if you want to listen to a specific type of music, I believe on pandora or if you'd like to watch something on Netflix while you are having your cleanings, which is something I've never been offered anywhere else.

I have had two different dental hygienists and each were very warm and welcoming, they really take into consideration people are uncomfortable when they come to the dentist and try to make that a lot easier. Every cleaning has been very pleasant, they check in with you to make sure you are not in any pain. The dentists and hygienists seem to have good relationships and great communication about your needs. My dentist is very friendly and really seems to just want to provide the best care.

Overall this sherborn/natick dentist group is one of the finest I've been to, the staff are all very friendly, and the office it's self is very clean. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist in sherborn/natick area.

I initially visited Natick Dental after suffering the an emergency front tooth chip. I received a strong recommendation and have been thrilled with the results and the ongoing care I have received. As soon as you step foot in the office, the natural anxiety subsides. With the modern finishes and impressive technology integration. The option to select your choice of music or choose a Netflix show to watch is awesome! The technology integration makes the time fly and relaxes me as a patient, but more importantly, the care and results are spectacular! I travel over 10 miles to see this dental clinic in Natick as they offer nitrous and sedation. The dentist and staff genuinely cares about taking care of his patients and takes his time to ensure that I am comfortable and involved in the process. I can't thank the dentist and the staff enough for the thoughtful care that they have provided me! They are the best.

The team at natick dental is awesome! I've been coming here a year now and I've referred a number of people and all have had a great experience. When I was first looking for a new dentist I was extremely skeptical as I had gone through a couple of other dentists who seemed to tell me everything was wrong with my mouth. What I really like about the dentist is that he's conservative in his recommendations. Not the nickle-and-dime type that many dentists are. He tells you what you need done and why and how long you can wait it out if you need to financially. He's also very engaging and likes to get to know his patients, which I appreciate. There is nothing worse that a doctor with bad bedside manner. The dentist has done a lot of work for me - several cavities, my wisdom teeth and most recently a crown.

Couple of other cool things: You can make appointments online and he's open on Saturdays, which is awesome for those that can't get away during work. He has two offices which makes seeing him even more convenient. And his office is pretty high tech. Oh and you get to wear sunglasses instead of goggles when he's working on you :)

I'm a recent Texas transplant in need of an implant and really struck out with some other dentists but am so glad I found this office. The office was very nice, the dentist has an amazing bedside manner, you can tell the staff are happy and like their jobs. They also have digitized records imagine that.
