Bought a top of the line washing machine 2 1/2 years ago, already put over $500.00 in repairs, same problem each time, and John won't stand behind his products, saying it is no longer covered under warranty. Will never recommend this store to anyone!!!!

Provided by YP.comDid the same bate and switch scheme to me. Taking me to small claims too. They never told me about a service fee until after they came to my home.
