Krysten, herself, is very sweet and does a good job. But, I ended up with an older lady who gave me a gel manicure that started chipping 48 hours later. When I went back in to have just the color redone, I ended up with the same woman who was incredible unprofessional and terribly rude. After a super awkward argument, she finally redid the work but spent the entire time talking to herself about me. She even filed my nails so hard that she cut my skin and I had to ask for someone else. Unfortunately, I will never go back there. Ever. (The 1 star is for Krysten being so nice, but she still sat there and watched all of this happen.)
