Kept getting delayed coming back from Italy. They took my calls at all hours. Met me in the wee hours of the morning - waiting for me when I stepped out of the terminal. Polite, clean cab. Great service

We were waiting 45 minutes for a taxi at Logan Express. They never showed. A JFK driver happened to pull in to see if anyone needed a ride, we were so grateful to see him. His vehicle was clean, he was polite and very helpful. We live on the Maynard town line and he knew exactly where he was going which was a plus.

Worst company in business. The drivers and the operator are very rude

Excellent Service....Highly Recommended. I was without transportation for 3 months and used JFK on several occasions....they were always on time...the taxi's were very clean and drivers very friendly. Very reliable. Thank you JFK.

JFK is a really great cab company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I called JFK today, 24 Jan 2013, and set up a pickup at the Metro West Medical Center in Natick for my wife. at 3:00 PM The lady that I spoke to assured me that they would be there on time. At 3:00PM my wife calls me and lets me know that there was no taxi there for her. I then called JFK again and they told me they would be there. At 3:15 PM, my wife calls again and lets me know they are still not there. I therefore called again. The dispatcher was so rude, cutting me off and not listing to me! I then talked to another lady to try to explain the situation, she too was cutting me off constantly then she finally said that they had picked my wife up!! She tried to blame it on the traffic and I told her what a piece of excrement that I think that JFK Taxi is.... #1 I called them at least 45 Minutes before pickup and they blame it on traffic?? #2 It was 20 Degrees outside, my wife was freezing waiting for them to come and pick her up!!! JFK IS A VERY BAD TAXI SERVICE!!!

ALWAYS ON TIME, OFF THE WALL PLESANT GUYS., DAVE AND BILL ARE ALWAYS A JOY TO RIDE WITH, I NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE WHEN I AM AT THE MOTEL 6 IN FRAMINGHAM, THEY GO THE QUICKEST ROUTE,THEY NEVER TRY TO SCREW YA THAT WAY AS WE ALL KNOW MANY CABBIES DO...GREAT JOB GUYS...MISTY :).

These guys were great. My driver helped me out with directions to the other places I needed to get that day and he was super nice.

Excellent service. I needed a cab from Framingham Union Hospital to my home in Natick on Thursday, September 13. The cab arrived on schedule, and the driver assited me into the cab. I know about the construstion going on in the area, and made a suggestion of how to avoid the traffic. The driver willingly followed my suggestion, and thanked me for showing him the "back way". This was a completely different experience than I had with someone else, where the cab arrived late, and the driver didn't want to hear any suggestions because he was the expert. If you want courteous drivers with on time service, call JFK Taxi.

I use JFK taxi everytime I need a taxi service witch is usally once a week to the logan airport. Everytime i get picked up the driver is always so helpful and the cars are always so clean. The driver always helps me put my stuff in the van. The staff at JFK is always so helpful to me. I feel they are the BEST TAXI SERVICE IN THE METROWEST AREA!!!

I have been a customer of JFK taxi for about 15 years and I think the service is GREAT!!! The cabs are always on time or a few minutes early, and always clean and in good repair. The drivers are friendly and always provide help when I need it. The dispatchers are friendly and accomodating. I will never ride with any other cab company in metrowest. I wish they would expand to other cities.

I never had a issue with JFK transportation even when i had to manage and oversee a full serve gas station and conveinence store on the mass pike. They were there at the train station to pick me up brought me to work and drove me back at night to the train station and there was never a issue the driver were fantastic. If there are problems call the office they will take care of it. The Kelly family is fantastic

Avoid this company at all costs. I work at a large organization near where they are based, and have given them a ton of business over the years. In almost all cases, they have been late, or not shown up. I've finally had it: I was told by a driver to call on Sunday to arrange pick up from Logan that arrived at 11:30, and they never would answer the phone. When they finally did, the woman was rude, saying they had nothing available, and that they were "booked." I wanted to go with them because they know how to get where i live, but I'd rather tell a stranger at Logan how to get there and give him my money.



No more business from them to me, no more several thousands of dollars of cab rides, no more rudeness. I'm so sick of of it in the Boston area, I juste vote now with my wallet. I'd rather give my money to anyone but them and I will tell everyone in my organization about my experiences and urge them to use another company.

If I could give less than one star for the blond woman driver driving van 30 who was exiting the Home Depot lot on 5/25 while speeding, ran a stop sign, blew through the pedestrian crossing almost killing me, and then stopped in the middle of route 30 to have a confrontation, I would, but if you either want to risk your life by using them or don't care that they will casually risk your life by being a menace on the roads, fine, but not me.

JFK has the most ruddest taxi cab drivers I have ever encountered.. Not to mention the people who answer the phone (if they even answer). When you call for a cab your lucky if they even show up.... WORST EVER!!!!!!!
