Provided by YP.comI switched from Spaulding to here since I was feeling like a number to them. But FlexPlus (now FYZICAL) gave me faith in physical therapy again. The team was professional and fun. And I don't think I could have received better care anywhere, and I know cuz I experienced two other places firsthand

Provided by YP.comMy son got a concussion playing indoor soccer this winter. We looked around at lots of clinics, and this one was recommended by my son;t pediatrician and by a teammate's Mom. I'm glad I got this recommendation.. they were awesome. Knowledgable, caring, professional. They got my son better in just a few weeks and he's not getting ready for the Lacrosse season. Highly recomment.

Provided by YP.comI've been here for three different injuries and I'm always impressed. People are friendly, the facility is immaculate, I'm always taken on time, and I get better quickly. I always recommend FlexPlus/Fyzical to everyone who is hurting.

Provided by YP.comBeen for PT at other places. This was the most thorough evaluation I ever received and the care was always great. Staff was great too, didnt matter if it was office staff or therapists. They all seemd to genuinely care. I've already send a couple friends their way.

Provided by YP.comGreat environment. Everyone (not just my therapists) were awesome. I've been to other places for other stuff before, but this was the best experience so far. And I feel great.

Provided by YP.comI was extremely disappointed. I can do exercises on my own - I needed the massage therapy and help opening my neck and back muscles. My physical therapist was limited in activity herself - she had hurt wrists.
I am so sorry that your experience with us was not what you had hoped it would be. From your comments, it seems that your expectations for massage therapy would have been better met by a massage therapist as opposed to a physical therapist. So many people confuse the two, but as medical professionals, therapeutic massage is just one of the tools in our arsenal. Our philosophy is to balance pain management with strengthening. We do this because we want you to feel better AND we also want to make sure that you stay healthy. Massage can help in the short term with pain, but it's all that other stuff that helps prevent a recurrence of an injury. Nonetheless, I am truly sorry you were anything but thrilled with the care you received.
