I wanted to convey that I have always had a great experience when dealing with every person who works at Fair Yaeger. Everyone at Fair Yaegar has been very pleasant and helpful. It is important when you are going through stressful situations such an insurance claim process that you have friendly and understanding people who listen to you, explain the process clearly and get the paperwork started quickly.

Today, I had a minor accident and at this time of year it is just bad timing, however, Donna was able to make me very better about the situation and instead of feeling in a "why me?" mode after speaking with her I felt relieved and happy that I did not get hurt. Donna was very personable, turned around the paperwork in record time and she told me everything that I needed to do.

My experience in the past and today made me appreciate having Fair and Yeager for an insurance company. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs insurance. The customer service is top notch.
