I am wishing to take the opportunity to thank an employee that works for EX Storage of Natick and to let everyone also know of the excellent service that he provided to me with a issue that I recently had. Due to a sudden move into my apartment, I had to rely on a storage company to store some access items for me. EZ Storage of Natick was the closest to my new apartment and I must say that I am so glad that I found them!! Their facility is modern and very clean and the access to the storage facilities there is fantastic!! I moved my items in there in November. In June we received a notice from EX Storage stating that the monthly fee was going to increase. I then called and talked to Pat Salony of EZ Storage of Natick, and explained to him the difficulties that it would make from raising my monthly fee for storage. I explained that we at my workplace have had our pay and advances frozen and it would be very difficult for me if my rent had increased. He told me that he wasn t making any promises, but he would call his managers and get back to me. He called me back just a couple of minutes ago to let me know that he needed me as a customer and my rate would not change for at least a year!!! The fantastic service that I have received from him is a god send!!! I will therefore recommend EZ Storage of Natick to everyone that I have contact with and to let everyone know that they do care about doing business with you and appreciate the business that you give to them!!!
