Do NOT use this florist!! My office placed an order with them at 3 p.m. on a Friday and they claimed they could not fulfill it with anything comparable until the following Monday because the picture online was "deceiving" and the $40 dollars that I paid for an arrangement wasn't enough based on what they had. Then she proceed to tell me that she "walking out the door and couldn't help me" (it was 4:15). When I told them to cancel the order, I was abruptly hung up on. When I called back to ensure that my credit card would not be charged, another employee claiming to be the "cleaning lady" refused to let me speak with the original employee that had hung up on me. When I insisted, I was placed on "hold" only to hear the original employee (who eventually provided the name "Lisa" ) shouting "What does she want now?" Absolutely terrible customer service.

Annette and Linda are just fabulous. They fulfill any and all requests right on time. Their flowers are beautiful and bring sunshine to the face of the lucky recipient.
