I have had Dave do odd jobs around my house for the past few years. He's amazing. He does everything on my list in a short amount of time and his rate is incredibly fair. Some things he's done are: clean the gutters, fix/clean my grill, put away/set up hoses and turn on/off the outside water, fixed my disposal, fixed a doorknob that fell off, cut out a cat door in my basement door, painted 2 rooms (and I didn't have to move a thing- left & it was one color, came back at night and it was a different color) put in/take out a/c units upstairs, use his roof rake to get rid of snow on the roof... I keep a running list, call him and within a couple weeks, he comes and does it all in a day or less. He's just a good guy in general too. Highly recommend!
