Provided by SuperpagesI always wait in line at this CVS. Today I called to see if they had a medicine that I know can be difficult to get. I spoke with a member of the "pharmacy team" who assured me that they had my medicine. When I went to drop off my prescription tonight after waitng for 10 minutes in line, I was told that whoever I spoke to on the phone was mistaken ans they did not have my medicine. This is not the first time I've had problems with CVS, 2 years ago I was unable to get my Citalapram prescription filled. I know use Express Scripts to fill that along with several others. I am extremely angry that the Natick CVS pharmacy cannot get their act together!
