Very Professional and caring. Even gave advice on carpet care!!

Charles was a real delight to work with. He was very conscientious about doing the best job he could do for us. We really appreciated that in him and he truly did do a terrific job. The work that our carpets and couch needed was a big job and now everything looks brand new! The only concern was the way the scheduling worked. It was obvious that he would be unable to complete the job when he arrived on the date promised. He came back the next day which was fine but the company should be more diligent if their scheduling and managing customer expectations.

Jace came into our home with an attitude of satisfactory customer service. He walked through the house and assessed the work to be done and then went straight to work. He cleaned all three bedrooms in a very reasonable time and reccomended scotchguard for our more traveled rooms. He was pleasant and very professional. He seemed like part of the family by trying to make sure we were happy with his work and results. Our carpets had been previously cleaned by Coi
t who left residue on our carpets. Jace removed that residue and thoroughly cleaned our 10 year old carpets and made them look refreshed and clean. Would highly reccommend Zerorez to do your carpets and especially Jace.

Eddie was awesome! He called 30 minutes out to let me know what time he would arrive. He was on time and wore shoe covers from the minute he arrived. Great job on my carpets...they look new again!!!

The technicians have always been prompt, pleasant
and proficient. I have had them clean a carpet, a wool throw rug and the tile and grout in two bathrooms. They have all come out beautifully! That is why they are coming back tomorrow and I

We were very satisfied with the person who came out to clean our carpet. The carpet was very clean and dried fairly fast. We liked the safety and green aspect to the cleaning system. The only negative was the communication related to the tile cleaning of the job. They didn't communicate to the person doing the job that this was also a tile cleaning therefore he didn't have the proper equipment on the truck. He tried to do with another tool but it didn't work. We were not able to get our tile floor cleaned. So I would say for carpet cleaning they are great, and friendly and professional staff. I wouldn't suggest using them to clean your tile floors. We were told someone would reschedule for that but did not receive a call back.
