Poor Service

I wish I could give place less than one star, but I can't. The service department can't even diagnose a problem let alone fix one. Frank Marshall the service manager will tell you different prices for finding the problem which will go up the longer you sit and wait. They couldn't even find the problem so Frank quoted me $6000 to change out my entire wiring harness. It took me an hour and $4 dollars to fix and no I am not a mechanic. After I fixed the problem myself, I went back to Volvo for a refund. Frank let me know that Volvo of Nashville does not stand behind there work. It cost me $420 for nothing.
