What I value and appreciate most is Pete's sense of honesty integrity. I totally and completely trust his judgement and expertise. Pete not only seems to know more than God (or at least as much) in relationship to computers, but he is fair and honest. I know of one occasion where he found a solution for a virus that there wasn't a fix for, the virus was that new. Once he quotes a price (which is extremely reasonable), he will not change it no matter how long it may end up taking him to resolve an issue. In addition, he refurbishes computers. I bought one recently for 1/4 of what a brand new one would be. Granted, it is in an older shell, but the inner workings are faster than a speeding bullet! I HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone who needs their computer fixed or replaced. He even answers questions over the phone . . . at no additional charge!!! I will always take any compute needs I have to him. It would be insane not to!

I'm pretty tech savvy, but never get excited about all the new stuff that comes out..i have several programs that I still run on XP because they don't on win7..or 10..I needed a pc with xp..Pete had exactly what i needed,..I maxed the ram out and added a sound card for my use..and couldn't be happier..in fact I soon am going to donate several pc's I have lying around as well as buy another one from him..Pete knows his stuff...nuff said !!!!!!

We trust them because everything we've bought has been exactly what we wanted and needed, and it's great to be able to pick up the phone and talk to a real, live, Really Computer Savvy person. And get great prices too! We are sold and solid customers, glad to have stumbled upon such a good business! On a scale of 1-10, Pete and Co. are a 19+ !!!

Was fortunate enough to discover Uplo sales about 6 months ago. My husband uses a computer on a limited basis for his business and no one wanted to mess with his needs. Mr De La Cruz was happy to personalize his computer to suit only his needs. Very professional, extremely welcoming and will help you above and beyond what you pay for. Which by the way was the most reasonably priced place for this type work I have ever found. Also six months later had issue with computer with power surge. Called him up, he told me to run by with tower and he had it fixed in 5 minutes and cost me hardly anything. Will continue to take my business to UPLO. Have extra cards for others as well.. There is no one else that I would trust with my computers... UPLO Sales is my only choice when I have a problem with my computers. We even use him at work now and my boss raves about him as well. They are honest, upfront and honor their work... If you have problems or questions, they take the time to explain and give you the best options. If they can't fix it, no one can...

For all things computers, this is where I go. Prices, customer service, and quality are all amazing. Whether you want the most basic of computers for browsing the web or a high-end gaming rig for the latest out there, he'll likely have something for you. I've come in there expecting excellent service and walked out with my expectations blown out of the water. He's THAT good. If you're on a tight budget, want to make certain you're getting a computer from somewhere with a professional expert, or just aren't aware of what you want/need out of a rig... This is it. Poor, rich, and in between... He'll have a computer for you and quality service to boot.
