We have been with TruGreen several years and had good service. The Technicians are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They always check in when they arrive, ask if we have any concerns or issues, and check back after they have completed the treatment.

A detailed schedule would be nice. And a better explanation of what treatments my lawn is getting, why, and some resources to read up on about the treatments.

Truegreen has taken care of my yard and it looks great. Technician is always polite and do a great job!

We started using TruGreen this year and happy we did. Our grass looks so much better and representatives are always polite. They also make sure we are happy and ask if we have any questions or concerns. Would definetly recommend TruGreen to anybody who is looking to make their lawn look nice and healthy.

Matthew was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient answering my hundred questions. He told me better ways for me to take care of my lawn and named the different weeds growing in my yard. Very informative.

Very professional and always willing to reschedule, if needed. The text message ETAs are amazing. You can track your service down to the minute, so that you know when the technician will arrive. The techs are always friendly and very nice, and more than willing to answer questions. Have seen a HUGE difference in insect control in my yard. Mosquitos are gone, and haven't had one tick since having the yard treated!

Repairing a lawn isn't a fast process but the lawn care technicians have been so helpful giving us feedback and additional tips on what we can do as homeowners to aid the process. The detailed "how to" info given to us at the beginning of the season was wonderful. Everything from how much to water to what height to mow. I'm confident that all the hard work this season will really pay off next spring. We have used the mosquito service as well this year. Feel like the service has helped tremendously.

The mosquito service WORKS. Weve tried our local bug service, do it yourself foggers, etc... Trugreen is killing the mosquitos around us.

Great communication on when service visits will occur and what each one was for. Mosquito treatments seem to be working great and I am very hopeful of a better looking lawn in the fall once we get to aeration and reseeding...

We have seen an immediate result as thick grass replaces the areas where weeds were previously. Our specialist does a great job in communicating with us so we know how to best take care of our lawn in between visits.

I would recommend that they should try TruGreen. I have been with them for many years.
