I have been a loyal customer for over a decade. I had a color mishap (my roots were colored burgundy while the rest is almost blond) with my hair and called to make an appt. to have it fixed. Ms. Chesney was so rude to me on the phone that I decided to just cut ties and find another salon. #terriblecustomerservice

This is a great place to get an inexpensive salon service. The manicure and pedicure prices are especially reasonable.
